There is certainly no substitute for clarity when it comes to solving crimes. Time and again, the degree of proof required is always proof beyond reasonable doubt. Considering the role of CCTV’s in solving a crime, I was personally convinced of its utility as well as its necessity. But the question now is what if the CCTV does not provide clear footage? Is there any way to cure the obscure?

If your CCTV camera does not give you clear footage then it only means one thing. You have to make the necessary upgrading. There is a vast array of new CCTV products that could give you clearer and sharper footage. You must also consider changing your cables for a better picture detail. Cables loss could also affect picture quality. However, experts in CCTV installation say that the terminal equipment namely, the camera, monitor and recorder are the ones that really define picture quality. Thus, if you want a clearer, brighter and better picture quality, choose only the best CCTV package.
